      What does a Warehouse Clerk do at Rinnai?

      Provide clerical support to ensure receiving, picking, packing, and shipping are planned and executed properly. Primary contact for communication with Customer Care and other RAC functions.

      • This position is located at 700 Hudson Rd, Griffin, GA 30224
      • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
      • Overtime based on business needs including weekends

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Control, print all pick tickets and schedule for Parts, SRO, Escalations
      • Responsible for auditing outbound shipments to ensure accuracy of picks
      • Responsible for auditing and completing inbound receipts to ensure accuracy of receiving and put away
      • Liaison to the HQ personnel for order inquires or various matters requiring feedback
      • Control all communications to customer service
      • Awareness and compliance of Company Policies and Procedures
      • Review accurate pertinent CSI site (Available to Ship, Pick workbench, Pick Maintenance, Pacejet Shipment confirmation, etc.)
      • Provide all JSOX documents upon request
      • Accurately provide and store shipping, receiving, RMA documents
      • Keep daily receiving logs updated
      • Performing inventory controls (cycle counts) and report any discrepancies in inventory records to warehouse supervisor
      • Inspecting all inbound and outbound freight for any discrepancies or damages
      • Accurately pull container manifests from GoComet
      • Research RMA’s
      • Daily review of Available to Ship report
      • Other duties and responsibilities as required

      REQUIREMENTS:

      KNOWLEDGE

      • High school diploma required
      • Minimum 1 year warehouse experience

      SKILLS

      • Stock/Inventory maintenance
      • Forklift experience
      • WMS, ERP
      • Computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ABILITIES
      • Multitask with competing priorities
      • Work cooperatively within a team environment
      • Some heavy lifting
      • Ability to operate in a warehouse environment with minimal supervision
      • Forklift experience required but certification is by Rinnai
      • Effective communication skills
      • Organized & time management skills
      • Detail oriented

      PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

      • Constantly remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
      • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
      • Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrist, hands and/or fingers
      • Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
      • Communication with others to exchange information

      PHYSCIAL DEMAND

      • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
      • Occasionally, light work that includes moving objects up to 70 pounds

      ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

      • Noisy environments.
      • Occasional small or enclosed spaces
