Job Description
- Req#: 8121
- Monitor and organize the inventory of the warehouse and installation vans, ensuring that all necessary stock transfers are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Perform inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Order parts and equipment for stock and installation projects.
- Unload shipments and put away parts and installation packages.
- Prepare and stage installation packages for pickup and handle the packing and shipping of equipment and other items.
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of inventory management practices, quality assurance, and warehouse organization.
- Proficiency in fabrication techniques, such as cutting and machining, using power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods and push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- A valid state driver’s license, without restrictions, and satisfactory driving record.
- Prior experience in the automatic door industry, and/or a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations and best safety practices.

POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based in Charlotte, NC. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient location for stocking and staging equipment used in the installation of automatic door packages.
HOURLY HIRING RANGE: $24/hr - $30/hr plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
