      This role will operates warehouse logistics, understanding it and providing solutions to the work flow, focused in KPIs and positive results.

      What will you be doing?

      • Safely and accurately coordinates and assembles customers’ orders to prepare them for delivery or customer pick – up; this includes arranging and loading products into containers and/or trays, dispatching orders by settling routes and planning delivery schedules to specific destinies.
      • Monitors backlog and manages inventory to control stock levels and maintain the most accurate up to date inventory information.
      • Handles and organizes all materials to minimize damages.
      • Manages and maintains surgical instrumentation area by organizing and keeping trays clean and disinfected and ready for use.
      • Identifies expired and/or damaged products, and locates physical and sample merchandise.
      • Investigates customers' complaints involving such matters as damaged items, overcharges, and delay in shipment, and makes necessary adjustment.
      • Evaluates the variances of cases to bill customers within the established time.
      • Answers inquiries on types of services offered, rates, schedules, and areas serviced.
      • Examines items to be moved to ascertain approximate weights and type of crating required.
      • Receives and dispatches warehouse products on a daily basis and issues reports to maintain records.
      • Performs routine maintenance in order to comply with safety standards and to neatly maintain storage areas.
      • Operates heavy machinery such as forklift.
      • Accountable as an on-call worker during holidays and weekends.
      • Deploy and assembled trays, Deploy equipment and maintain the records and traceability
      • Perform Cycle Counts, inventory reconciliations and root cause analysis for differences
      • Visit hospitals to perform a Cycle Count (sets, implants, products, equipment) twice times per year for consignments.
      • Manage the logistics for Samples, Sales Support, warranties and Services Exchange.
      • Prepare the outbound export orders to domestic or international customer.
      • Participate at the return excess inventory activities.
      • Create the inventory demand for missing items and monitoring the inbound ETA to replenish.
      • Prepare reports and statistics to monitoring the shortages, daily dispatch cases and direct orders, cycle count accuracy, overdue loaners, among others.
      • Maintain organized and clean the working areas.
      • Comply with established cut off and assure the continuity of business.
      • Complies with laws, regulations and Company policies and procedures.

      What will you need to be successful?

      • Education:

      • M Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Licenses/ Certifications: Operates heavy machinery

      • Experience:

      • 1 year of experience in a similar role

      • Experience in the medical device industry or medical plans, preferable
