      Warehouse Coordinator – Second Shift (12:30pm - 9:00pm)

      The Warehouse Coordinator has the responsibility of assisting the Distribution Manager, Associate Manager DC and Distribution Supervisor in coordinating and supervising activities in specific functional areas. In this role you will continually evaluate operations and make recommendations to improve/increase warehouse efficiencies.

      As a Warehouse Coordinator you will assist area Supervisors overseeing day to day activities and completing special projects assigned. The Warehouse Coordinator can be assigned to work in any functional area throughout the operation including Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving, Transfers, Kitting and Inventory Control.


      What You'll Be Doing

      Assists in the training of qualified, competent, and productive staff which includes Warehouse Leads, Warehouse Associates and Equipment Operators to ensure the ability to keep functional areas continuously operating during daily operations. You will work with and coordinate activities with outside departments in support of production, sales and revenue efforts. This role works directly with and helping oversee Warehouse Leads, Equipment Operators and Warehouse Associates at the direction of the area Supervisor to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of goods throughout varies departments of the operation.

      You will be required to multi-task as priorities shift throughout the day and respond to request for information as well as ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all required administrative documentation or departmental reports. You must be able to interface with operations in a multi shift environment; most notable during Month End and Year End as you will be relied upon to ensure our service levels remain at high level during peak times.

      Arbonne utilizes a combination of systems such as Oracle (WMS), QCS (WCS) and a Pick to Light system which are all interconnected and allow for our operation to run. You will need to obtain a level of mastery over these systems and be expected to be knowledgeable within them since you can be tasked with helping run different functional areas on a daily basis depending on operational needs.


      What You Need

      • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      • 3+ years of warehousing/manufacturing environment.
      • Experience in a high-volume pick/pack operation preferred
      • Capable of working a flexible schedule, weekend hours, and overtime as required
      • Ability to learn and utilize a variety of computer software programs.
      • Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable WMS and Excel.
      • Self-initiative and ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
