      Job Summary:

      The Warehouse Dispatcher is?responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of freight to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role involves scheduling transportation, communicating with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams, and supporting overall logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

      ?

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of materials, finished goods, and supplies.
      • Communicate daily with drivers, carriers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
      • Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to maintain accurate and efficient product movement.
      • Monitor and prioritize daily shipping schedules and dispatch activities.
      • Maintain accurate freight logs and shipping records.
      • Prepare and distribute shipment paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and receiving documents.
      • Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to routing and dispatch procedures.
      • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant safety and transportation regulations.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
      • Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or inventory management systems a plus.
      • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing operations is a plus.
      • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

      Skills and Competencies:

      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, & Teams) and logistics software.
      • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the transportation and logistics industry.
      • This is an ON-Site position - Candidates MUST be available to work in the office 5 days a week

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
      • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
      • Regular use of computer, phone, and two-way radio for communication.
