      Role Mission: The Warehouse District Driver will perform a variety of warehouse functions including the receipt, inspection, verification, storage, processing and distribution of a variety of supplies, materials and equipment; drive a vehicle to various IDEA Public School district locations to deliver goods..

      • Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $17. 92 for 0 years of experience u00A0 and $22.40.

      Qualifications:

      • Education:u00A0 High School Diploma
      • Experience: 2 yrs experience working in warehouse and/or logistics; 2 yrs experience working as a driver
      • Licenses or Certification: Texas Driveru2019s License, CDL highly desired; forklift & pallet certifications

      What Youu2019ll Do u2013 Accountabilities:

      Safety is the #1 priority in the warehouse and while driving. This will be achieved by having u201C0u201D preventable incidents/accidents in the work environment and while driving.

      u2022 Operate vehicles and equipment in safe manner, including performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections

      u2022 Driver should maintain and carry up-to-date credentials at all times

      u2022 Abide by all applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations to achieve 0 traffic violations.

      Maintain a reliable operation that has 0 receiving and shipping errors and a 100% inventory accuracy

      u2022 Receive, enter and maintain complete inventory of warehouse items within facility and vehicle during deliveries

      u2022 100% items accurately shipped to destinations

      u2022 Accurately pick items according to Zendesk tickets

      u2022 100% of items received accurately

      u2022 100% of items have a plan of action for delivery, disposal or storage

      100% safe and accurate delivery of goods to campuses and regional offices

      u2022 All deliveries must be accurately delivered to the campus and/or office

      u2022 100% of items accurately identified prior to delivery

      u2022 Maintain inventory accuracy with clear records of items delivered

      u2022 90% On time performance of items delivered

      Provide excellent customer service

      u2022 Communicate with school site staff, administrators, and outside agencies to exchange information, concerns and questions regarding warehousing / logistics services.

      u2022 100% customer satisfaction

      u2022 98% helpdesk tickets resolved within 72 hours
