      Warehouse Lead - Night Shift

      Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

      Essential Functions

      • Ability to complete all essential function of Warehouse Associate position
      • Leading group of shipping and receiving team members
      • Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.
      • Communicate the instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
      • Coordinates the location where each trailer will be loaded.
      • Prepares the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
      • Communication with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product.
      • Review of operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform.
      • Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
      • Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
      • Any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by team member’s manager or supervisor

      Qualifications

      • Minimum Qualifications:
        • 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
        • 4 Years – Experience in Position
        • 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects

      • Travel requirements:
        • No traveling is required for this position.
      • Preferred Qualifications:
        • 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
        • 6 Years – Experience working in Position
        • 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects

      Competencies

      • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
      • Intermediate Knowledge of storage systems.
      • Good verbal and written communication.
      • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
      • Ability to resolve conflicts
      • Ability to analyze information.
