      Job Type: Full-Time 100% Onsite, TTH. 2 positions: 1-Day shift & 1-Swing shift

      Compensation: $23.00 - $24.00/hr. (D.O.E.)

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Lead to oversee and support our order fulfillment operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.


      Major Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Lead a team to efficiently execute the order fulfillment process, including picking, consolidating, checking, packing, labeling, and transporting orders to the shipping dock.
      • Transport incoming and outgoing inventory to designated areas using tools such as hand dollies, forklifts, electric dollies, and pallet jacks.
      • Organize products and maintain orderly item locations for efficient order fulfillment and material transfers within the warehouse.
      • Conduct quality inspections on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
      • Ensure all packages for shipping meet SLA requirements and deadlines.
      • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
      • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
      • Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
      • Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
      • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.


      Qualifications:

      • 1-2 years of previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
      • Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience.
      • Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
      • Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
      • Experience using scan guns is a plus.
      • Forklift experience preferred.
      • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
