- Salary Range: $85k - $95k
- Bonus: $1,000 Sign On Bonus
- Schedule: This role supports a 24/7, 365 day operation, so visibility across all shifts is essential. While the majority of duties will occur during the day shift, this position also requires flexibility to cover one weekend shift as business needs. May have to work holidays.
- Set and communicate clear expectations u2014 and empower your team to meet them.
- Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture.
- Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance.
- Walk the floor, lead by example, and be au00A0visible, approachable leader.
- Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams.
- Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
- Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly.
- Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning.
- Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team p roductive and safe.
- Tackle other duties like a pro u2014 all within your training and expertise.
- Bacheloru2019s degree required.
- 3u20135 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders.
- Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
- Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
