As a n Operator within our dedicated team at Blackgrange , you’ll play a pivotal role in the whisky supply process and will oversee and control the safe movement of spirit within an established set of process procedures.
You’ll support a range of operator activities on site. Primarily your role will be within the pallet plant a t Blackgrange , however you may be required to support a range of activities across site, including warehousing, filling, disgorging and empty cask movement.
The role holder is required to manually handle the casks and training will be provided to any successful applicants.
Health and safety compliance is key, and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside other key performance indicators and targets including production quality and HMRC compliance.
We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems!
You’ll make this role your own. We want you to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. This role present s a great opportunity to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and showcase your excellent communication skills.
You'll be working alongside both internal and external partners to achieve shared and individual goals.
You’ll have demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles.

About the role
Shifts
Your rota will follow our core shift pattern which is Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm.
