Job Description

- As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment.
- assist with the unloading of vehicles and the checking-in of stock. Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves.
- be responsible for picking specified items from storage or warehouses and prepare them for shipment.
- pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets.
- Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures
- Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Initial shifts: Applicants will be required to work for the first few weeks (from 8th July) on day shift ,
- week 2 will move to nights to work from 1800pm - 0200am
- Shifts will be based on 2 week rotation: Week 1 Sun-Thu and Week 2 Mon - Fri
