We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Greenford, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Greene King. This is a chill environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern. We have two departments for you to choose from: freezer and chill. If you work in the freezer department, your hours will be from 09:00 to 17:00. However, if you work in the chilled department, your working hours will be from 12:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Accurately identify and pick products using the voice pick system
• Working within a multi-temperature environment
• Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Ensure all company equipment is maintained, utilised, and returned as required within operational processes to the operations office
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a team and independently when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
