      We at GXO are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative with Administration experience to join our team in Lutterworth , ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

      You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern between the hours of 06:00-18:00

      What you’ll do on a typical day:

      • Achievement of productivity and performance levels
      • Adhere to GXO Standard Operating Procedures
      • Maintain H&S in the Workplace
      • Compliance with the GXO Code of Business Ethics and Site Rules
      • Support the Management Team with any other duties

      What you need to succeed at GXO:

      • Good knowledge of Warehouse systems
      • Good attention to detail
      • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
      • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
      • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
