  Job Description:

  3M is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Forest City 3M location.

  Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, orderfilling and shipping
  • Operate power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders
  • Operate power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock
  • Pack and check material for shipment
  • Perform all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and procedures

  Required Skills and Expertise

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Ability to work, overtime, 2nd or 3rd shift depending on shift availability, and holidays as needed

  Desired:

  • Experience in a warehouse operations role
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
