Job Description
- Req#: WAREH006159
- Handle new products coming out of the precooler and off the palletizer
- Verify that the blocks of cheese are tightly on the pallet and that the bag print matches the data on the pallet tag
- Verify the block count and put away the product from the palletizer into a trailer to shuttle or taking pallets out of the ASRS to consolidate/count the blocks and in feeding them back into the ASRS.
- Fill the pallet magazine on each palletizer. Clean under the magazine each shift. Maintain the printer through your shift. And start back up if it stops.
- Transferring of finished goods, packaging, materials, and ingredients
- Ensuring accurate and timely counts and reporting

Empty garbage dumpsters each shift. Fill the forklift propane tank at the end of the shift. Clean up any messes that may happen during the shift. Ripped blocks get put into the cheese totes. Spilled pallet debris swept up and disposed

Other duties as assigned by managers or supervisors. Other duties as assigned.
- Good performance and work history; satisfactory attendance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn the job within four weeks.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to drive a forklift and be certified.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Darigold is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operator to be a part of Darigold’s Sunnyside, WA Warehouse team. The Warehouse Operator must possess the desire and ability to handle new product in the appropriate manner.
