  Basic Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must have a current Secret Clearance OR the ability to obtain an interim clearance after accepting an offer and before starting the role
  • Working knowledge of material resource planning and/or inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, email, phone calls, virtual meetings, etc)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • **Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations.   Job Description

  You will be the Warehouse Planner / Expeditor for our dynamic team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient movement of materials and parts to meet production schedules and commitments.
  
  What You Will Be Doing
  As the Warehouse Planner / Expeditor, you will be responsible for expediting, routing, and dispatching materials and parts to support production operations. You will play a critical role in coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless material flow.
  Your responsibilities will include:
  • Expediting materials and taking corrective action to meet production schedules
  • Processing and pulling Stock Transfer Orders, both inbound and outbound
  • Coordinating with shipping/transportation department to close out orders
  • Processing foreign goods receipts for drop ship, ship in place, and subcontracted components
  • Monitoring and initiating material movements from off-site storage to support production
  • Collaborating with Warehouse Receiving and Quality to resolve discrepant shipments

  Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

  Pay Rate:
  The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $52,100 - $99,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
  
  Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
  (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
