- Warehouse process owner and optimise workflow
- Perform value stream mapping and process analysis
- Get alignment among WH operation, QA and stakeholders
- Ensure that Kaizen and other improvements realised in one team are shared and implemented across all WH teams.
- Super user of corporate IT system for WH/BS, including SAP, PAS-X, NNTZW and TMD
- Ensure STJ to meet KPIs of SAP and PAS-X
- Raise the remedy case for PS@SAP issues and solve the issues.
- Summary and report the problem and good practice via periodic meeting.
- Maintain WH master data for new items of material/products
- Trainer of PM module, performs training for all BS end users
- Apply the access and perform training for WH end users for NNTZW and TMD
- Process responsible of process S2.04 and CS4.01 in STJ
- See process problems and improvement possibilities by setting process strategy
- Solve and handle signals by allocating necessary resources
- Develop the process by avoiding redundancy within the process description
- College education background and above, major in pharmaceutical, management, Logistic, Statistical and other related area.
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Above 5 years’ experience with warehouse management and/or logistics management
- Well-developed skills within SAP, ERP or other relevant system.
