      Job Description

      A fast-paced fulfillment operation in Pomona, CA is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Safety & Loss Prevention Supervisor to support warehouse leadership. This role merges safety and asset protection responsibilities, focusing on creating a secure and compliant environment for employees, products, and operations.


      The right candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings strong working knowledge of California safety regulations, and is ready to help build and strengthen a culture of accountability and care.


      Key Responsibilities:

      Safety & Compliance

      -Implement and maintain workplace safety programs aligned with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and internal protocols.

      -Conduct audits, inspections, and thorough investigations of workplace incidents.

      -Lead employee safety training (e.g., PPE, forklift operation, emergency procedures).

      -Manage reporting of injuries and coordinate workers' compensation processes.

      -Monitor near misses and ensure corrective actions are documented and implemented.


      Loss Prevention & Asset Protection

      -Investigate internal and external theft, loss, and damages.

      -Monitor security footage and liaise with third-party security vendors when necessary.

      -Conduct inventory audits and oversee compliance with shipping/receiving procedures.

      -Support operational excellence and minimize shrink.


      Reporting & Leadership

      -Report incident data and KPIs to site leadership.

      -Serve as a key contact between HR, Operations, and external safety/loss prevention partners.

      -Promote awareness and accountability around safety and security.

      -Support emergency preparedness plans and lead regular drills.


      Qualifications:

      -3–5 years of experience in warehouse safety, loss prevention, or operations roles.

      -Familiarity with OSHA and workers' compensation processes (California experience strongly preferred).

      -Experience in incident investigations and documentation.

      -Strong organizational and communication skills.

      -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

      -OSHA 30 certification is a strong plus.

      -Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus.
