Job Description

Assist Warehouse Team Leaders with coordinating team members engaged in warehouse operations per established company/industry standards and procedures. Participate actively in training and coaching new/tenure team members in job duties, responsibilities, and safety. Assist the Production Department as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

(35%):

• Assist TLs in compiling daily key indicators
• Assist TLs in preparing daily warehouse statistical reports
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, and local, state, and federal requirements

(45%):

• Lead the warehouse team in the absence of the TL
• Assign job tasks according to shipping schedules
• Work as a warehouse team member and perform tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
• Manage day-to-day inventory levels with the use of a solo chain.

(20%):

• Become and maintain Forklift certification
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members
• Attend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessions
• Wear and follow Domino’s Pizza uniform standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
• One year of shift lead experience with sound, effective communication skills
• Maintain forklift certification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machinery
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion
• Must be available to work during a shift, which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day over any 7-day period
