- Manage and coordinate the work activities within your team of up to 360 warehouse colleagues, whilst ensuring a customer focused approach with a responsive nature to customer requirements
- Co-ordinate customer requirements, ensuring procedural conformance, customer satisfaction and that contractual obligations are met
- Carry out the timely reporting of performance KPI and financial information, identifying trends and acting on areas for development
- Ensuring the operation meets or exceeds budgeted targets set up for export operation with the use of key operational cost drivers and P&L management
- Previous experience supervising or managing a large team in a complex, fast-paced warehouse environment
- An understanding of key operational cost drivers and P&L or cost centre management
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams to ensure excellent performance
- The ability to perform under pressure, efficiently managing conflicting priorities whilst keeping a level head

We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join us at our Waitrose contract based in Brinklow, Milton Keynes on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll provide leadership and guidance for the shift warehouse team, ensuring that they have all the tools they need to do their role and that the operation runs smoothly. You’ll be working on the night shift, 11pm to 7am, on an any 5 nights from 7 shift pattern.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,295.42 inclusive of night shift allowance and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
