We are seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to manage and coordinate outgoing shipments for both domestic and international orders. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL), attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This is an ITAR-compliant position. Coordinate domestic and international shipments. Process orders using FedEx, FedEx Freight, UPS, and DHL - Package, label, and prepare documentation for outgoing shipments. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory of outgoing goods. Visually inspect parts prior to shipment for quality assurance. Maintain a clean, organized shipping area. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage records and communicate. Prioritize shipments based on deadlines and customer urgency. Work proactively when an issue arises, quickly move to the next solution.
