Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, volume, and margin for Class I, II, and III warehouse equipment, including Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) products.
Partner with dealers and Major Account teams to deliver product and application training, coaching, and sales support that enhances warehouse solutions expertise .
Lead customer-facing activities such as site evaluations, layout planning, and product demos to identify and deliver the right mix of equipment and intralogistics solutions.
Present and promote warehouse solutions to prospective and current customers, including facility layout recommendations, material flow optimization, and automation readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategy with market needs, dealer capability, and customer expectations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse applications, acting as a strategic advisor to sales teams and customers across key accounts.
A confident communicator with the ability to influence and educate a wide range of stakeholders.
Naturally collaborative, working across teams to build trust and drive solutions.
Customer-focused, with a consultative approach to identifying and solving problems.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable presenting technical information to both operational and executive-level audiences.
Bachelor’s degree required ; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years of experience in the lift truck industry, with a focus on warehouse products, sales, or solution selling.
Proven ability to deliver persuasive presentations to engineers, operations leaders, and senior executives.
Experience coaching and mentoring sales teams on warehouse product knowledge and application.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM required .
Experience with facility layout planning or CAD software is a plus.
Ability to develop warehouse solutions that integrate equipment, layout, and workflow for optimized material handling.
