  About the Role

  We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials using an ERP system. Your work will directly support our production and shipping operations, ensuring materials are where they need to be—on time and in perfect condition.

  ️ Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
  • Accurately tag, verify, and track parts and materials.
  • Enter data and certifications into the ERP system.
  • Route materials based on traveler instructions.
  • Prepare and pack shipments to meet customer specifications.
  • Manage shipping logistics (UPS, FedEx, LTL) and related documentation.
  • Respond to tracking and freight quote inquiries with professionalism.
  • Support internal material flow and maintain organized inventory.
  • Participate in cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

  ✅ What You Bring

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
  • Forklift certification or experience (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory processes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
