      Job Title: Warehouse Specialist II

      Shift: 06:00 AM – 2:30 PM

      Job Summary:
      Assist in all general receiving and shipping operations within the GMP Warehouse. Support the delivery of internal production supplies and help with the sampling and storage of production raw materials, component materials, maintenance, production stores spare parts, and laboratory stockroom items. Ensure proper storage of final products and coordinate their shipment to various international and domestic destinations. Responsible for the safe storage of Master and Working Cell Banks and scheduling pickups and deliveries to the Satellite Warehouse for ABC materials. Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, quality, and EEO/AA standards across all warehousing operations.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Support stores inventory program by performing cycle counts and physical counts.
      • Operate material handling equipment effectively.
      • Schedule and coordinate shipments and deliveries.
      Skills and Education Requirements:
      • Education: High School diploma or college degree.
      • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
      • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Word and Excel, and some experience in computerized inventory control.
      • Communication: Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
      • Attention to Detail: Able to follow specific procedures accurately, maintaining attention to detail.
      • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly, perform constant bending, walking, and material transport.
      • Preferred Experience: Experience in a GMP environment is highly desirable.

      3. Good judgment and problem-solving skills, especially under time constraints.
      4. Ability to remain current with all training requirements.
      5. Capable of continuous standing for more than 2 consecutive hours during an 8-hour workday.
      Additional Information:
      • Experience with SAP and data tracking/warehouse systems.
      • Responsibilities include order picking, goods receipt processing, and managing inbound/outbound logistics.
      • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel shoes will be provided and is required.
