      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee storage and distribution operations, ensuring efficient workflow
      - Direct employees in receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of materials and equipment
      - Plan and allocate resources based on projected workload demands
      - Ensure compliance with contract terms and operational standards
      - Utilize Government Data Systems to manage inventory and resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in distribution and warehousing with automated systems
      - Knowledge of DD1348-1A receipt processing and Navy requisitions
      - Must possess a motor vehicle and forklift license for forklifts up to 20K
      - U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET Clearance if required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience using NAVSEA's Material Access Technology (MAT) System and Automated Request for Kitting (ARK)
      - Familiarity with inventory practices and supply operations within a government context
      - Previous supervisory experience in a unionized workforce setting
