      As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal productivity and cost-efficiency for C.H. Robinson’s branch customers. You’ll lead across key functions including receiving, shipping, consolidation, cross-docking, inventory, quality control, and labor management—while maintaining safety protocols.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

      • Lead day-to-day DC operations across receiving, shipping, inventory, and production to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and food safety compliance
      • Monitor and report on performance metrics, costs, service levels, and quality standards
      • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and maintenance protocols (HAACP, OSHA, Primus)
      • Optimize use of labor, equipment, and supplies within budget
      • Identify process improvements using root cause analysis and implement changes
      • Maintain clear, consistent communication across teams and with stakeholders
      • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of hourly teams
      • Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
      • Support talent development, coaching, feedback, and succession planning
      • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and open communication

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Required:

      • Must be at least 18 years old
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, and/or manufacturing operations environment with a forwarder
      • Minimum 1 year leading a team
      • Knowledge of efficient and safe warehousing practices
      • Proficient computer skills
      • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
      • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
      • Ability to work all day in a temperature-controlled environment

      Preferred:

      • High School Diploma
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
      • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      • Ability to motivate and inspire high performing teams
      • Proven history of delivering detail oriented, accurate and organized results under pressure
      • Demonstrates the desire and capacity to operate in an entrepreneurial, multi-task environment
