Job Description

- Manage inventory with accuracy, attention to detail, and focus on minimising discrepancies and losses
- Champion health, safety and quality across the breadth of the warehouse operations
- Manage supplier and 3PL provider relationships with consistent communication, dispute resolution, and collaboration
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using SAP
- Work collaboratively with planning and production teams to order materials in accordance with production schedules and demand forecasts
- Take ownership and accountability of continuous improvement projects that are focused on increasing efficiency within the warehouse
- Supervise contractors working within the warehouse, ensuring adherence to safety and quality
- You have proven experience in a supervisory / leadership role within warehousing environments
- Experience in inventory management and have coordinated both inbound and outbound activities
- Confident working with health, safety and quality systems and protocols within a food manufacturing environment
- A forklift license with experience operating a counterbalance forklift is preferred
- Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
- You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- You hold valid and unrestricted New Zealand working rights

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations. This role has a high focus on safety and quality; ensuring our standards and processes are understood and adhered to, to support the health of our people and the quality of our product. You will play a vital role in building a strong health & safety culture across the manufacturing site.
You will take ownership of inventory management, lead continuous improvement projects to increase warehouse efficiency and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Are you up for this challenge?

This is a permanent full-time position based in our production site in East Tamaki, New Zealand. You will work 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday with flexible starting times.
