      We are looking for a proactive & technology-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for our newly established factory in Seremban, Sendayan Techvalley for underground loading & hauling equipment.       Your primary areas of responsibility. Do we share the same mission?

      In this position you are primarily responsible to ensure warehouse process efficiency and maximize the warehouse productivity on daily basis by making close cooperation with Logistics Manager as well as production, purchasing, planning teams and other internal & external vendors/suppliers. Primary focus working areas:

      • Supervise the warehouse employees and their daily activities
      • Monitor the production plan
      • Supervise & guide the implementation of plans & ensure that the prerequisites for work exist
      • Supervise and report on warehouse workflow and its productivity
      • Responsibility of work capacity, ensuring material availability, scheduling, and efficiency
      • Responsible to handle & maintain vertical storage / carousel system that integrates with SAP
      • Participate in implementation and understand SAP module
      • Coordinate with external transportation & shipping operation
      • Keep track & coordinate the inbound & outbound, storage, timely deliveries of goods & materials
      • Ordering & tracking warehouse supplies/consumables
      • Communicating between departments, ie; planning, production, purchasing
      • Supporting & improving warehouse process flow & material movements as when needed
      • Supervise & maintain 5S of warehouse
      • Responsible for warehouse/logistics related documentation for LMW requirements
      • Responsible for safety in factory area
      • Driving continuous improvement activities

      Your background and what we find important

      • Several years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain in preferably manufacturing environment
      • Familiar with Vertical Storage / Carousel System – usage & maintenance
      • You are well-versed using SAP module
      • Structured and exceptional team and trust builder describe your character
      • Basic principles of quality, production development, load and capacity planning and scheduling are required to succeed in the role
      • Previous experience with heavy machinery manufacturing industry is preferred
      • Previous experience from LMW / Bonded Warehouse is preferred
      • You have a qualification in Supply Chain Management / Warehouse Management or relevant qualification and several years of experience in a large corporate environment
      • Lift / Reach Truck or Forklift Handling License is preferred
