Join our team as a Truck-to-Truck Supervisor and drive success from the ground up!We're looking for a dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-driven leader to oversee the daily drum transfer process between trucks, ensuring all operations meet compliance, safety, and scheduling standards. This is your chance to grow with a stable company where your leadership and logistics know-how will make a daily impact.What You'll Be Doing: Lead and Coordinate: Take charge of all TTT operations-plan, track, and execute drum transfers with full compliance to regulations. Hands-On Operations: Operate a forklift to offload, palletize, and reload materials. Stay Organized: Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Outlook, Power Suite, and TTT logs. Ensure Compliance: Monitor DOT regulations, 10-day drum compliance windows, and secure proper documentation before shipments depart. Communicate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the go-to liaison between corporate logistics, facility staff, and carriers. Respond to Issues: Act quickly to report leaks or safety concerns to the Health & Safety or Compliance Manager.
