Job Summary

Become part of the logistics team in Aarhus (at Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S ) where you will be leading our warehouse and packing area. You will have a strong experienced team of 14 warehouse operators to support you in the journey to increase material availability at assembly start and increase the inventory turnover through data analysis and KPIs.

You will be based in Aarhus, Denmark.
Requested traveling days: up to 20 days locally.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will be:

• Work management, work environment responsibility, and personnel responsibility within the department, which includes performance reviews, IOs and performance monitoring, skills development, hiring, termination of employment, personnel planning, and implementation. department meetings and rehabilitation activities. Also involves risk analysis, risk management, and safety rounds.
• Drive and support improvement work according to the WCM methodology such as Operator maintenance groups, pillar work, Analyses of deviations, etc.
• Responsible for daily priorities within the department considering needs, current situation, quality, and resources in accordance with set KPIs
• Together with the Logistics manager, be responsible for the department's investment, and expense budget and set/follow up goals for the department
• Responsible for ensuring that standards, rules, and procedures are followed and updated in the department according to the 5S standards
• Be responsible for ensuring that existing storage systems are updated with relevant basic data and software
• Responsible for all forklifts, trucks, and equipment in the warehouse and production area inside the factory. Ordering service, etc.
• Drive loss analysis in logistics internally and externally. Drive cost savings in line with the production center strategy

We believe you have

• Language skills: Danish and English at a high level
• Experience: 2-5 years in logistics
• Education: Logistics, Warehouse or similar
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
