  Overview:
  JD Logistics is looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our Buseck site. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain safety and quality standards.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support warehouse staff in daily tasks (inbound/outbound, picking, packing).

  • Monitor performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

  • Communicate with supervisors and contribute to process improvements.

  Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse/logistics; leadership experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • German required; English is a plus.
