- Provide leadership and guidance to the Warehouse team to support achievement of objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Support and develop colleagues to ensure an environment of continuous improvement.
- Management of colleagues through recognised Company procedures.
- Manage operational activities to reduce stock losses and discrepancies.
- Experience working in leadership role, within a complex and fast-paced warehouse environment
- People management and line management experience
- Experience of supporting customers on one to one basis
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (DLX/Red Prairie/Blue Yonder preferred)

This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working Monday-Friday 8am-4pmPay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of £29,000.You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
