Responsible for accurately processing orders and maintaining established picking standards. Safely operate and utilize both manual and powered equipment. Identify products and ensure the correct unit of measure is used. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Obtain and maintain forklift certification.

What You Deliver:

• Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring that all available items ordered/requested are supplied and properly packed to prevent damage.
• Use computer software and Radio Frequency (RF) systems to issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Fill out manifest and bill of ladings for tracking of shipments as required.
• Responsible for completing required training, understanding, and complying with all Food Safety and related programs.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Identify and select product and correct unit of measure.
• Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.
• Other Warehouse activities as assigned.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Ability to safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment
• Maintain Team Member II standards for productivity.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Stand up and sit down forklift experience. Order picker experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with WMS.
• Experience with D365.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work 8 hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
• Must be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours
• Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift

The target hourly range for this position is $18-21/hr. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
