      Warehouse Technician Inbound/Outbound , White Bear Lake , MN

      We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Technician Inbound/Outbound to join our White Bear Lake , MN team . You will prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, receiving inbound shipments, pulling finished goods, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area for pickup.

      You will:

      • Be r esponsible for Bill of Materials, picking/packaging/processing outbound orders and receiving inbound orders, sorting and putting away
      • Operat e power equipment such as: electric pallet jack, swing forklift, cherry picker, sit-down forklift
      • Promote Process Improvement projects and Lean Initiatives
      • Enforce safety policies, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, maintain accurate records, work in the SAP system
      • Attend assigned meetings and work cross-functionally with other departments
      • Communicate work progress between shifts and cross train warehouse employees
      • Maintain an accurate record of all work performed in the appropriate company format/form.

      Key Qualifications:

      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
      • 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience
      • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment
      • Basic familiarity with computers
      • Experience with measuring tools and scales
      • A bility to stand for long periods of time
      • A bility to lift 40 lbs .
      • Sound analytical skills relative to problem solving, proven leadership skills and good interpersonal skills.

      Shift/Hours:

      • 1st shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday
      • Overtime required as needed

      Compensation:

      The hourly pay for this role is: $ 19.00 - $21.00 . DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
