Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician - Returns will be responsible to efficiently process transactions in SAP and the physical movements of materials within & outside warehouse duties environment. Ensure that documentation, labelling, palletization and storage are done accurately for expedited returns for credits with exterior vendors and internal processing.
Main Accountabilities
• Responsible for working in collaboration with the Return procurement specialist to get purchase orders and completing the GR once a credit is applied.• Responsible for general administration duties of the warehouse and using the computer system for returns process etc, goods in/out, dealing with documentation, highlighting stock discrepancies, asset tagging, producing barcode labels, assisting with stock management, providing support and assistance to customers, helping to resolve complaints and enquiries• Responsible for the effective liaison with internal and external customers• Responsible to carry out planned tasks in accordance with requirements and within time limits• Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work• Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Supervisor to achieve team targets.• Ensure compliance with codes of practice, procedures and legislation including health and safety.• Immediately report problems/failures that may impact the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Supervisor. • Responsible to adhere all organisation policies and procedures.

Main Qualifications
• Minimum one (1) years of experience in Supply chain.• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office• SAP experience an asset • Remote camp/fly-in, fly-out experience• Arctic experience an asset
