- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.

- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Conduct cycle counts and manage warehouse inventory.

- Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory software for record maintenance and report generation.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Warehouse and forklift experience desired.
- Basic understanding of distribution center, dock, and warehouse procedures preferred.
- Experience with warehouse equipment and tools is a plus.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to working 50+ hours a week and consistently arriving on time. Daily tasks will include picking orders, operating forklifts occasionally, and performing general labor warehouse duties.

Work Environment
This position requires working in a warehouse environment, which may expose you to varying weather conditions. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights of up to 20 feet. Expect to stand, sit, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods. You will regularly use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, as well as a computer keyboard and monitor. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
