      Job Description

      As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your primary duties will include picking and pulling parts with precision by matching numbers, quantities, and confirming locations. You'll utilize scan guns for inventory management, pack and ship products, and confirm the accuracy of inbound shipments. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adhere to all safety requirements. Additional warehouse duties may be assigned as needed.

      Responsibilities

      • Accurately pick and pull parts by matching numbers and quantities.
      • Use scan guns for inventory management.
      • Pack and ship products efficiently.
      • Receive and confirm the accuracy of inbound shipments.
      • Lift up to 50 pounds.
      • Adhere to all safety requirements.
      • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience with packing and inventory management.
      • Proficiency in using RF scanners and forklifts.
      • General labor and material handling skills.
      • Order picking expertise.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
      • Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
      • Ability to multitask with situational awareness.
      • Basic numerical reasoning abilities.
      • Capability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
      • High school diploma or GED preferred.

      Work Environment

      Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with a small team. The role involves repetitive standing, frequent lifting, walking, bending, reaching, grasping, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and active listening. You'll need clarity of vision to meet the requirements of the department of motor vehicles in your state of operation, with a minimum acuity of 20/40 in either or both eyes and peripheral vision of 55 degrees in each eye or 85 degrees in one. You must be able to lift 30 pounds multiple times a day and safely climb a step ladder.

      This is a Contract position based out of Arnold, Missouri.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
