      Job Description:

      seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a variety of warehouse duties including inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and capable of performing physical tasks with precision and care.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Pull and prepare orders for shipment
      • Lay out materials on machines and measure to ensure specified dimensions and angles are met
      • Maintain accurate inventory records
      • Operate RF scanners and other warehouse tools
      • Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or cherry pickers
      • Perform general labor tasks including picking, packing, and shipping/receiving
      • Ensure a clean and safe work environment

      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
      • Experience using hand tools and RF scan guns
      • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
      • Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and production environments
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

      Preferred Experience:

      • Forklift or cherry picker operation
      • Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor role

      PPE Requirements:

      • Steel-toe boots required
      • All other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided by Phoenix Metals
      • No certifications or medical tests required

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
