Job Description

- 3–4 weeks
- Led by our dedicated Training Manager
- Learn about different metals, overhead crane operation, and sit-down forklift usage
- Certification provided, even if previously certified
- Start each shift with a team meeting to review expectations
- Pull materials using a sit-down forklift
- Measure and verify materials for accuracy
- Set up and program saws for cutting
- Perform first cut, verify dimensions, and complete full order
- Deburr, clean, and package metals for shipment
- Operate heavy equipment including cranes and forklifts
- Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Warehouse operations
- Forklift operation (sit-down)
- Measuring and inspecting materials
- Loading/unloading
- General labor and production
- Metal and steel handling
- Experience in the metal or steel industry
- Familiarity with overhead cranes
- Forklift experience (we’ll train you!)
- Hands-on training with industry experts
- Certifications provided

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
