  Job Title: Warehouse Worker

  Job Description

  We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/General Laborer to join our team, responsible for heavy lifting and general labor tasks on the warehouse floor. You will be tasked with lifting large totes, matching numbers to ensure proper placement in the warehouse, and assisting with a new project that requires meticulous attention to detail. This position involves handling healthcare products and occasionally dealing with a small section dedicated to wine.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform heavy lifting tasks up to 60lbs, with team assistance for items over 50lbs.
  • Wrap pallets securely.
  • Load and unload shipments efficiently.
  • Match numbers on totes for proper placement in the warehouse.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.

  Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in general labor tasks including order picking and material handling.
  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Packing and shipping/receiving skills.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in heavy lifting (up to 60lbs).
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Experience in a temperature-controlled warehouse is advantageous.
  • 1+ years of experience operating a sit-down forklift.

  Work Environment

  The warehouse is located in the SE foothills, housed in a new, clean building. The environment is medium-sized, with office staff, warehouse workers, and forklift operators. The night shift team consists of 13 members, while the day shift has 5. Casual attire is permitted, but steel-toed shoes and safety vests are required. The position operates on a night shift from 5PM to 1:30AM, Sunday through Thursday.

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
