Job Description

- Start at $20.45 per hour and earn $21.57 per hour within the first 3 months of employment
- Work hours Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, with some overtime

- Practice a robust continuous improvement program to eliminate waste
- Pick, pack, and ship franchisee orders using RF scanners, pallet jacks, conveyors, tapers and air-pillow machines
- Receive and put-away product from suppliers using RF scanners, pallet jacks and safety knives
- Provide opportunities to cross-train in various warehouse jobs, including forklift certification, and for career advancement
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to work in a fast-paced, organized, warehouse environment
- Able to push and maneuver a cart weighing up to 200 lbs. most of your shift
- Able to frequently lift, push and slide packages typically weighing up to 40 lbs.; team lift required at 50 lbs.
- Able to bend, pivot, continuously reach and grasp product, and hold an RF scanner with your hands and wrists most of your shift
- Able to be on your feet up to 9 hours per day
- Able to work 40 hours per week plus overtime
- Able to successfully pass a drug test
