- Wash and sort plastic totes using a washing machine, loading, unloading, staging, and scanning totes.
- Work in process lanes to manage inbound containers and racks, using a hand-scanner to process incoming items.
- Repair large plastic containers with hand drills and screwdrivers, standing on feet for the entire shift.
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring the correct containers are shipped according to paperwork.
- Minimum of 6 months of recent labor or forklift experience.
- Ability to pass a forklift test involving driving through cones and lifting pallets.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work 10 hours of overtime and on Saturdays.
- Experience in warehouse and manufacturing settings.
- Material handling skills.

Work Environment
Work in a new warehouse built in 2023 due to expansion. The environment is fast-paced with temperatures above 50 degrees in the winter and warmer in the summer. The facility is well-maintained with regular cleaning, accommodating 10 employees and 1 supervisor. Shift options include 1st shift (M-F 6a-2:30p), 2nd shift (M-F 2p-10:30p), and 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs 9:30p-6a). Training and orientation will be conducted on the 1st shift at the East Moline location.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
