  Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.

  This is for a brand new operation in Orlando, FL. New hire orientation is scheduled for July 16th.

  Position: Floater

  Schedules Available:

  • Sunday-Wednesday 7am - 5pm
  • Wednesday-Saturday 7am - 5pm

  Wage: $18.50 per hour

  Responsibilities of this role:

  • Will be cross-trained and float to all areas including tote handling, bread truck, breadline, pretzel picking, bagel picking, bakery feeder, etc.
  • On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.
  • Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling walking.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull 50lbs or more (on wheels).
  • Pushing/pulling stacks of product to assigned pack area
  • Pushing/pulling stacks of product from trailer to staging area
  • Performing other duties as assigned including but not limited to stamping/coding product, trailer loading/offloading, and general warehouse clean up.

  Qualifications:

  • No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
  • Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
  • Flexible to work overtime preferred
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required
  • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
  • Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
