Job Description
- Req#: 25-31460
- Execute daily goods flow tasks using IKEA systems and tools to maintain data integrity
- Follow inventory routines to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability
- Support lean, cost-conscious warehouse operations through efficient space and tool organization
- Clean dock and outflow areas to promote safety and smooth traffic flow
- Move and reposition fixtures and equipment as directed
- Assist in organizing and inventorying tools, machinery, and fixtures (e.g., pallets, cages, voss machine)
- Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to store and team goals
- Adhere to IKEA safety standards, including proper lifting techniques and manual handling
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly
- Frequent physical movement: stooping, crouching, reaching
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures
- Team-oriented and receptive to direction in a physically demanding setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Warehouse Worker
Pay: $17.42/hr, paid weekly
Hours: 6:00AM–1:00PM - Days will vary.
