- Efficiently locate products per orders in rack and shelving locations.
- Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Follow written instructions with acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all packing and shipping tasks.
- Utilize barcoding and labeling to identify correct parts.
- Pre-pack stock and route picked orders to their final destination.
- Experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and warehouse inventory management.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately with attention to detail.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Not afraid of heights.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
