- Receive and process incoming shipments, inspecting items for damage and accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
