      Job Summary
      We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative based in Rochester, Kent. This role will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and possess strong organizational skills.       Responsibilities

      • Receiving incoming goods and verifying their quantity and quality

      • Storing items in designated areas and ensuring they are properly labeled

      • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

      • Shipping products to customers using appropriate transportation methods

      • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements

      • Working safely and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

      • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow

      • Other duties as assigned


      Qualifications

      • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions

      • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg)

      • Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods

      • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations

      • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
