- Pulls jobs, packages, stages, loads, data entry into Syteline and delivers materials to routed work center.
- Stocks warehouse parts and accurately completes cycle counts inventory as assigned.
- Achieve one day job delivery and same day parts request measurement standard established by the Inventory Manager
- Works with Shipping and Receiving to ensure prompt processing and movement of all parts to the next operation or shipment.
- Expedites incoming materials and parts requests to designated work center.
- Process job returns with documentation, inspects, labels and restocks materials.
- Maintain compliance of material handler records with work instructions including accuracy and documentation requirements.
- Check the offloading delivery, packing list and MTR for RAW HOSE Warehouse deliveries.
- Acquire and maintain Syteline Operation System knowledge pertaining to Material Handling function.
- Direct all Warehousing, Inventory data base and cycle counting problems to your Crew Chief on a timely basis.
- Take ownership, organize and maintain personal, company equipment and work area in a professional manner and attend scheduled HSE training.
- Operate material handling equipment as required, achieves and maintains fork truck operator certification and use safe working practices as directed.
- Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes and HSE requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or GED preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory control, or materials handling.
- Hands-on experience with receiving, verifying, and stocking inventory in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Must be knowledgeable in Warehouse and pack out practices.
- Familiarity with cycle counting, MTRs, and packing lists, as well as warehouse security protocols.
- General knowledge of warehouse terminology.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (with certification).
- Computer skills required – Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred, Nexus) for inventory tracking and purchasing workflows.
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Must be available to work any overtime as required.
- Maintain applicable vehicle operator licenses as necessary to operate company equipment.
- Must be capable of operating company fork trucks and capable of achieving and maintaining certification for such equipment.
- Must be capable of learning to read and understand production blueprints and routers.
- Ability to stay updated on changing customer requirements and industry regulations.

- Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: no air high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
- Must be capable of working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment with PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.
