Under general supervision, evaluates and processes basic warranty claims and product registrations. Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail.

Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires a working knowledge of products and parts. Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes. Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
