- Prospect, book, and manage non-overnight waterpark events such as birthday parties and social gatherings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from inquiry through event completion.
- Coordinate event details across departments to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong ability to build rapport, identify client needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Skilled in cross-department collaboration to support guest/ client needs.

From splash-filled birthday bashes to exclusive after-hours lock-in parties, you’ll be the go-to expert for all non-overnight social and group events.

You’ll take the reins on prospecting, booking, and retaining every guest group while working closely with teams across the resort to deliver seamless, memorable events.
